低脂牛油 100 克
装饰:
适量低脂优格乳、草莓、蓝莓
做法:
加入竹姜18谷粮粉和其余材抖,用搅拌机搅拌均匀。
然后倒入锅里,开小火搅煮至微滚及浓稠,离火待冷。
过滤在容器里,然后放入冰格冷藏隔夜或至硬即可。
